  • Providing contract agreements and job description for the staff, with interviewing and local survey of their salaries.

System:

. Recruitment strategy and Human Resourcing.
. Actively assisting in staff selection process as a subject matter expert for Medical, Paramedical and Nursing functions during interviewing and selection of employees. Also providing support for staff licensing as required.
. Salary scale advisory. . Developing and assisting in staff salary scale according to National standard practices.
. Staffing and Job Description Review.
. Reviewing and adapting Job Descriptions for Medical, Paramedical and Nursing to National standard practices.
. Pricing strategy.
. Developing and establishing a pricing strategy that includes billing, profit scheme and discounts. The pricing strategy is set according to the hospital strategy, the market prices, customized and adjusted based on the team local experience.
. Healthcare facility rules and regulations formulation and application.
. Reviewing and advising on Medical, Paramedical and Nursing policies and procedures and adapt to National standard practices.
. Internal Bylaws formulation and application.
. Adoption and amendment of hospital Bylaws according to the National and the International standards combined.
. Departments’ workflow design and policies.
. Customizing workflows throughout different units in order to minimize system gaps.
. Drug and paramedical inventory management.
. Developing and preparing an optimal pharmaceutical and paramedical inventory. Also establishing any related medical policy.
. Target marketing and advertisement.
. Sharing our knowledge of the healthcare market and requirement for an optimal stratagem.
. CMO and CNO support and supervision.
. Performing duties of Interim CMO and CNO, training and supporting the CMO and CNO for an initial period of six months.

Education:

. Mandatory educational programs.
. Setting a pre-operational mandatory program for Medical, Paramedical and Nursing over three months.
. Our team also scheduled the regular courses required over the year for each department, providing multidisciplinary training support, real-case simulations and interactive drills before first case admission.
. Staff evaluation and clinical exams.
. Setting exams for Medical, Paramedical and Nursing staff in line with the mandatory program and evaluation, for actual and future recruitment.
. Setting equipment competencies.
. Checking all the material and equipment. Our team also followed with the suppliers on the training sessions, when applicable, on each of the equipment.
